ROME — St. Cloud snagged four awards Friday in an international competition recognizing the most livable cities in the world.
The city won the first-place whole city award for its size and first-place — for cities of all sizes — in three of six judging categories at the 2019 Livcom Awards in Rome.
"It's an honor to win on behalf of St. Cloud, the only U.S. city that was selected to be represented for the whole city award," said Mayor Dave Kleis. "We've never won that high of an award before."
