St. Cloud developer wants access to long-empty Division Street lot

As a large lot off Division Street remains empty, a St. Cloud developer is once again approaching the city for help accessing its site after many years of struggling to develop it.
With a public hearing scheduled for next month, Sanvik Developments is asking the City of St. Cloud for an ordinance to vacate the public right of way in its portion of a Catalyst Site off of Division Street and Cooper Avenue, so it can consolidate its parcels into a larger area to prepare for development projects.
