St. Cloud hopes to expand housing options for future growth

As St. Cloud prepares for an expected 10,000 new residents by 2040, city officials have identified increasing the city’s housing supply as a top priority.
A recent housing study found that the influx of residents will require 17,000 additional housing units across all types within 15 years.
