The Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC) is excited to announce that grant applications for the Main Street Economic Revitalization Program, funded by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), will open on April 15, 2025. This funding opportunity aims to support economic revitalization efforts in downtown St. Cloud and Foley by providing a 30% matching grant to businesses and property owners investing in development, repair, and renovation projects.
GSDC was awarded funding through DEED’s Main Street Economic Revitalization Grant program to help enhance economic vibrancy in the region. This initiative will provide matching grant support for projects that stimulate business growth, enhance infrastructure, and drive long-term economic impact. Project awards will be announced later this summer.
“We are thrilled to launch this next phase of the revitalization grant program,” said NeTia Bauman, CEO & President of the GSDC. “This funding provides a unique opportunity for businesses and property owners to invest in their communities, create jobs, and enhance the appeal of our downtown districts.”
